The Woman-to-Woman Mentoring program seeks to unite women. Through one-on-one supporting and encouraging mentoring relationships, women have opportunity to experience joy and growth in their Christian lives.
The scriptural foundation is Titus 2:3-5, where women receive instruction to teach and guide the next generation of Christian women to live the life of a godly woman.
Mentors and Mentees
A mentor is a Christian woman and member of Shepherd's Gate. She desires to encourage another woman and lets her life be an example of a godly role model.
A mentee is a member or regular attendee of Shepherd's Gate who is younger in her walk with the Lord and desires to receive support and encouragement from her mentor.

...To be a mentor and to share in another woman's life by using what God has done in your life to encourage and assist someone in the glorious walk of a Christian woman...

...If you are a woman who feels the need to talk to another Christian woman who will support and encourage you as a mentee in your Christian life...
Then Come...
To one of the Orientation Coffee sessions (regularly scheduled, at least once annually). Join for refreshments and learn how you can participate in this ministry. The Orientation Coffees are followed by a Kick-off Night where Mentors receive training and then meet the woman they are matched with.
The commitment to the one-on-one relationship is six months. At the end of this time, a potluck celebration is held celebrating the work God has done in the lives of all participants.
