Discovery Class (Sunday 10 am or Wednesday 7 pm) Begins Sunday, April 20 or Wednesday, April 23
Do you want to find out more about Shepherd's Gate? Are you curious about Christianity? Are you interested in becoming a member of Shepherd's Gate? Or are you a member who wants a "refresher course?" Discovery Class will give you the opportunity to find out what we believe and why. The distinctive philosophy of ministry that makes Shepherd's Gate an exciting and alive community of believers will be explained. This is a seven-week course that includes a three-hour Saturday morning session on June 7.
Meet the Twelve ( Sundays 10 am) June 1 - August 17
Get to know the twelve men who were closest to Jesus during His time on earth. Discover that they were just regular guys with a very special calling. Watch how God transformed them and used them to change the world. Learn from their examples how to be disciples of Jesus Christ.
Men's Group (Wednesday 7 pm) Every Wednesday
Each week there is something new to learn and share with like-minded Christian men. Isn't it comforting to know that there is a place you can share your thoughts and concerns, knowing that those around will response without judgment? Come and see what insight in God's Word awaits you each week.
Gospel of John (Wednesdays 7 pm) June 4 - August 20
Dig deep into John's gospel, written "that you may believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God..." (Jn. 20:31) Delve into the life and teachings of Christ, and meet Jesus face-to-face on the pages of this unique gospel.
