Shepherd's Gate Academy of the Arts provides opportunities for individuals of all ages to train in the area of the arts in a stimulating Christian environment. If you feel inspired to learn in the area of the arts, our highly qualified instructors are professional in their fields and are dedicated to helping students reach their aspirations through private, semi-private, or through group instruction in a variety of performing art areas -- Piano, Vocal, Drums, and Drama.
As budding artists grow, from preschool to adult, they will be given opportunities to excel in excellence by sharing their talents in a variety of ways -- recitals, outreach events, prayer groups, worship services, just to name a few, while they develop their talents to the glory of our God. Music Lessons
Shepherd's Gate has some of the most dynamic, talented instructors in the state. We offer piano, drums, voice, guitar and base lessons, all while keeping the Christian faith as our foundation. Serving children through seniors, we are able to accomodate all levels and needs.
Drama Instruction Ongoing
Now enrolling for Youth Christian-Theatre Drama Classes. Ages six years old through high school. This is an interesting way to introduce youth to the world of drama. There will be opportunities to touch on the many facets of drama; including drama games, monologues, improv, group mini-plays, playwriting, and more. The younger children will start learning based on their literacy level and by acting out some of their favorite Bible stories and fairy tales. Each student will have the opportunity to work on a monologue, write a script, and perform. This is a great volunteer opportunity as well. Little Mozart’s Piano Class
Little Mozart’s Class is a dynamic and fun way to introduce your child to the world of music and piano. Our instructor has over 20 years of teaching experience and her enthusiasm is prevalent in all her classes. Classes are in five-week sessions and are ongoing. Ages: 4-6 years old class fee required. Costs for weekly lessons and instruction:
Private instrumental: $19 per half hr
Semi-Private Piano-Voice-Guitar-Drums: Call for price
Group Drama: $50 for 5-week 60 min. sessions
$10 per semester (Fall, Winter, Spring & Summer) registration fee per family.
